I'll admit it, I voted for RAAM.
Think of it this way- My choices were: Villain of arguably the most famous JRPG ever and furthermore, possibly one of the most famous video game villains bar-none... but with a vagoo. OR some general... but with a penis. The choice was a fairly easy one. So you see? We just can't have a women winning this competition.
