Hey, I have OCD too, and it also manifests like that for me. Whenever I touch a thing which I percieve to be dirty I get anxiert if I don't wash my hands imediately. And whenever if I accidentaly scratch myself I freak out if I don't desinfect my "wound" (got that pbsession after I saw a documentary about the flesh eating bacteria.
