All anyone should really have to do is say in no uncertain tones, "Sorry, but I'm just not interested in you."
About the only girls who won't "get it" are the ones who are so unusually attractive that they simply aren't used to being shut down.
In which case, the easiest and most effective brush off is to just say "I'm GAY."
