@ sorrowsfountain: I think they'll likely use it to establish a few new studios/branches for their gaming division:
-Casual division
-RPG division (I don't think they have made any in-house RPGs, one of their biggest deficiencies)
-Budget games division
-a few inhouse FPS studios
