Screw that, somehow Revolver Ocelot is losing to Team Rocket. ROFL, these people have bad taste.
Also, list is bunch of idiot fanboys crappy villains (dont ban me VGC, not anyone here, just the people who picked half of that list). So many good franchises aren't even prepresented, it's like they are oblivious to gaming. They missed some of the BEST villains in gaming, like my personal vote:
Luca Blight, Suikoden 2
He's by far the craziest villain ever, with a close second of Kafka from Final Fantasy 6. No contest!
