Your Hardest Boss Fights

For me it comes down to 2 that I remember having a hard time with.

1: Sephiroth from FFVII--I did not use any MP or HP   Materia..biiig mistake.

2: Magic Emporer from Lunar: Silver Story: Complete for the PS1.

Other then these 2, I cannot think of a boss battle I had a real hard time with.
