I'd consider Midgar the best if the main quest. because it's probably my favorite city in a FF game. Or Yuffies Sidequest, possibly my favorite sidequest ever, and I liked that part better than the actual game, simply put. I rate FF7 above many other games that Iike simply because of my nonsensical love for Yuffie. And you can go on a date with her. ZOMG... but I have an odd taste in that game. so most likely don't listen to me.
