Yes, about a million things. It's dropping calls, holds battery for less than 24 hours even when not in use, pocket dials people constantly, literally turns off for no reason while in use.

Well that makes sense I guess.  I only ask because if you cold hold out the EVO is worth it but because you cant then I dont know what to tell you.  The Hero is actually a good phone,  I had it before my EVO.  Dont know much about the 2 Samsung phones you listed, but Samsung does makes nice phones.
