I know that PS3 isn't written like that anymore but if you check the Agent Website: http://www.rockstargames.com/agent/ it's still the old PS3 logo. Now obviously they haven't updated the site for ages but it's still there.
And did you see the Mass Effect 2 Teaser Trailer for PS3? BioWare also used that old version of the PS3 logo so I'm just assuming it's an old concept art like you said.
