But the PS3 normally outsells the 360 by a ratio of 10 times as much...not sure there's to that.  Apple is really the only western company to have made a dent in the Japanese marketplace, and I understand that M$ needs to try to get out and build some grassroot support in Japan, but not at the expense of it's larger customer base.  M$ has a TON of first party IPs that are collecting dust, but look at all the JRPGs they tried, not to mention that horrible Ninja Blade, which I couldn't play for more than a few minutes.
