Fable III, New Vegas, and Epic Yarn look to be the biggest potential critical darlings.
As for sales? NBA Jam and Wii Party are wild cards, but could take off in a big way, likewise with New Vegas. Rock Band 3 has the numerical advantage for multiplat-ness, but music games aren't what they used to be in the sales department.
