I expect the majority of big franchises to be available on launch, or within a year of launch and come packed with a DualShock 4 AND a new PS Move-like controller option. I think once the new Xbox console is released the 360 will go down to one SKU. The 250 GB or an even bigger HDD for $149. The 360 250 GB and PS3 will both drop to $199 Holiday 2011.
