This subject is very premature. We only know of 3 exclusives coming next year to the 360: Gears of War 3, Codename: Kingdoms and Star Wars Kinect. And, to be honest, we don't know for sure that the last two ARE coming next year.
What does that mean? That Microsoft Game Studios hasn't announced what they're up to yet. Business as usual.
Sony announces almost everything way in advance, so there will be few high profile PS3 surprises released in 2011.
Which is more effective for hype building? YMMV . . .
