I don't think it's Elder Scrolls. ES games take 4-5 years to make, does that mean we'll wait for another 3 years for launch? Unlikely. I think ESV is being made at least for 3-4 years and is bound to make an appearance at next year's E3.
Oh, and Bethesda, plz make the next ES game more like Morrowind and less like the utterly dissapointing Oblivion.
