Nope it was developed as PC game and then ported to consoles.

No one reads what I wrote? I said main console version, with overhead point of view, better textures... Except for the framerate problems, it was a better version than the X360 one.

I believe you are correct,  but there is one other issue it had,  the damn trophy problems.  Although I have heard the achievements were buggy as well.   Bioware still owes me a platinum trophy
