At this point in time, my hypothesis is simply a theory to explain the motivations of an individual’s actions. Being that his background shows no evidence of racism, and there is reason to believe that he is for the mosque and tolerant of Muslims in particular, the action of (allegedly) committing a violent hate crime against a Muslim begs the question "What was his motive?" |
