Looks pretty good. I'm definitely more inclined to play TPS than FPS. But I prefer the mix of gameplay in the Uncharted games than straight shooters. I must admit though the only reason I'm giving this game a 2nd look is because of its Move functionality, so it will need to implement Move weel for me to consider buying it.

i like how Socom is going into focus on storyline like Fire team bravo 3 did , its really a great fresh thing to do to shooters , it used to be Call Of Duty like , you know the storyline narrated by a computer terminal thing and just basically tells you to go there and eff stuff up.

btw have you played the Syphon Filter games? i think those games are the best TPSs they combined the storyline of uncharted and the action of the tactical TPSs like socom. with a bit more stealth and high tech gadgets.

i want a SYPHON FILTER GAME!!

I only ever played the first Syphon Filter, but I did really like it. It mixed things up well for an action/adventure TPS. I still remember wandering around the lab pretending to be a fake lab worker and having to avoid making eye contact with the guards. I also remember how cool it was having to snipe 2 guys in the head with one shot as they walked past each other, took me about 3 failed attampts at killing them individually before I noticed the one shot 2 kills opportunity. Having to blast Lieutenant what-is-name into the chopper blades with a shotgun to end the game was a bit naff though, and I suspected him right from the start.

Yeah I could definitely go a HD Syphon Filter. But I'd prefer a HD Fear Effect first.

Oh, and I still don't like auto-heal in shooters without there being an "explanation" for it. It's one of the things I don't like about the Uncharted games. I reckon Resistance FOM does the health thing pretty well, limited autoheal and a pseudo-scientific reason for how it is you can heal from major gunshot wounds without having to see a doctor first.
