I came into this thread with good intentions, listed one opinion about when they should launch the Kinect, so that they can have a more appropriate and successful launch and I'm flamed out by the VGChartz Micro Knights.

"Yeah, fuck the rest of the world, as long as the majority get what they want, the minority doesn't matter at all."
That was your first post in this thread. Sounds like flaming to me.

Doesn't my point stand though? What was negative about what I wrote? I think it's wrong to think that only English speakers have the right to use Kinect at launch. Everyone else is intent on others learning new languages or rejecting non english speaking customers. Take into account that I never said Microsoft won't include all languages, everyone else in this thread came up with that excuse.

What's negative? Aside from saying everyone who thinks Kinect doesn't need to support every language in the world at launch is sucking Microsoft's dick? Your very first sentence in this thread was inflammitory basically saying MS is giving the middle finger to the rest of world by not having *ONE* of the features work with foreign languages....as far as we know, the facts aren't even clear.
Second I gave an multiple examples of aspects of the console (and others) that are only available in certain regions. Your only answer was that I was talking about software and hardware was different, yet the Xbox is a piece of hardware and not all features can be used by everyone.
Also, no one is saying you needs to learn an entire language, give me a break, are you saying you're not capable of learning even 3 or 4 words?

I said I don't suck up to Microsoft, not that everyone else is. Microsoft are giving the middle finger to the rest of the world, because voice control is one of it's main features and it's crux of alot of it's games. I never said the facts were clear, as I said earlier, other people in this thread came out and gave that excuse, I just don't think it's right.
ESPN isn't a globally advertised product, voice control is. I can understand if a Japanese game stay's in Japan, because it was never intended for a wider audience. Kinect is being released for a global launch.
So are you saying Kinects voice control is now limited to four words? If it's limited to Rewind, Fast Forward, Stop and On, then I'd be extremely disappointed with the product.
I don't want to continue this conversation because the thread has gone on long enough and it shouldn't have been a problem to begin with, because as Microsoft said, it's not a problem.
