No BioWare originally made the PC vesion first and then ported the PC version to both X360 and PS3 but they didn't quite reach the same level of port on the PS3 as they did on X360. But that's because it's their first time making a full PS3 game and that'll change once Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age II releases.
