Drunk people doing stupid shit, are we supposed to be surprised?
Hopefully they will both be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, calling what stupid ass drunk people do "hate" crimes is just silly. I have done stupid shit when drunk that I would never do (or even think about doing) sober.
This mess is getting blown out of proportion, tho that is the point of the media in the US...so I should not be surprised.
