It was quite obviously released too early, otherwise it wouldn't have been in the state it was, which was basically the same as the beta. Maybe they needed the money, they barely turn over £10 million a year after all- Valve/ Bioware/ id/ Bethesda/ Capcom/ Rockstar they ain't.
Seriously though, why are you bothered? What does it matter to you that Stardock fucked up? Did you buy the game and are having trouble? Or did you just latch onto this story and decide a troll thread was a good idea?
