I always wonder what is so special about FF VII.  Except if you started playing FF games with VII, I don't understand.

Imo FF7 will always be a phenominal game, i loved it when i played the first time. but now i think that people dont really like the game as much because of the FF7 compliation, which imo is a POS. the reason i think people still like it is because its a dark, emotional and psycological story. it still holds much resosnace today in great script writing, which not a lot of games can compete with imo.

But i think the reason people have begun to dislike it is because SE have abused the name too much and sucked the life out it, imo it shows in FF13 that they dont know what makes a good game, i'm not sure they ever did??
