Okay kids, let's calm down a bit. This is certainly within Wii system capabilities. However, this would be pushing the top end of what the Wii can do. I mean SMG and Brawl level graphics. I can't see Namco managing to get this out of the Wii. Tales games rarely push the power of the system they are on, and I'd say it's much more likely that this is an ugly PS3 and 360 game than a gorgeous Wii game. Also, routsounmanman Tales of Symphonia:KoR is not a spinoff. It's a Mothership Title. As is Vespersia.

That said, Tales of Valoria and Tales of Strife were also announced at Jump. I'm fairly certain one of those will end up on the Wii. The other most likely on the DS. Tales is a milked series folks. There will be games on every platform. No need to freak out if every one of them isn't on yours.

2 things.

1. The series creator says he wanted to do a graphics "reinvention" of the series. This could be what is happening.

2. I found out Tales of Strife and Tales of Valoria are merely trademarks Namco put out a few months ago. They may or may not be games, but their names sound like they are games :3

1. Bullshit.  This is the same style Tales has always been.  The exact same style.

2. Either way Tales is a milked franchise that will be all over the place.

Come on Soriku.  It's simply very unlikely this is a Wii game.  I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but it's simply not likely at all.  This is why I've told you repeatedly not to jump the gun on things like this.  There are going to be at leaset half a dozen Tales games between now and the end of the generation.  I'm sure you'll have plenty to play.
