Unfortunately the PSP is dead in the West. Piracy made sure that software sales wouldn't be up to par. Valkyria Chronicles managed to pull such great numbers because of western support found on the PS3. SEGA you already have the attention and adoration of Fans on the Playstation 3 in the west. Plus making this an exclusive would also give this Niche title a lot of extra attention because fanboys will at least take a look at anything with the word "Exclusive" on it, especially in this day and age.
