I have a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone. I got it for two reasons: (1) I liked the idea of being able to move over the games from my old Pocket PC and (2) I liked the idea of having full-featured Office programs on my phone.
I regretted it within hours when I learned that my employer only provided support for direct email over Blackberry units (which no one told me until after I got the phone -- which you think someone would have because the contract is through the employer). Then I found the old programs don't work and I rarely use the Office ones.
Basically, Windows Mobile 7.0 sounds as full-featured as the iPhone OS 3, which was out-of-date when it was released a couple of years ago. So I don't expect these phones to do all that well. They don't meet a lot of needs and a lot of people are leery of Microsoft.
As for me, I probably will move to something else ... either a Blackberry or an Android. I am holding off, seeing what my employer is planning on doing.

I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble. Wii Friend Code: 1624 6601 1126 1492 NNID: Mike_INTV |
