I think the mind map may mean a difference thing. In the mind map it place only game that are schedule while TOV is not really schedule yet except for 2008.
The size of the difference circle may mean main series and port, if you see, the DS and Wii is getting the man series while the Psp and Ps2 is getting the remake or port. So I dont think the mind map said or denies anything except there are Tales game coming for these system.
For why the system is not announce, personally i think there are a few reason. If coming for Wii, they do not want to affect TOS:KOS sales. If not, there may not even be a system confirm yet, may be there are setting it up for bid between the companies.
I want it on Wii as much as you but dont get your hopes up..
