Kinect will support chinese at launch,because Kinectimals,Kinect Adventures!,Kinect Sports and Kinect Joy Ride will have chinese version(http://gnn.gamer.com.tw/5/46365.html)
so i dont think Voice control for non-english languages is what will not be available at launch,at least some major languages will
