Well seeing as most likely 3/4 of Xbox users speak English it is very acceptable.

Yeah, fuck the rest of the world, as long as the majority get what they want, the minority doesn't matter at all.

OT: That's pretty good news, though I still think they should postpone the launch. They have some bugs they can work out and they could probably have a larger launch if it wasn't releasing alongside heaps of games and other hardware.

Who says its just going to be English?  Maybe they have the "Major" languages done and they are simply working on the ones that fewer people speak, or god forbid ones where they have tiny markets.  

I would be willing to make a bet that Spanish, German, English, and French will be completed at launch.  Even if it were only released in English it makes since to launch now.  It would be a disaster if they didn't launch this holiday season, millions of dollars lost and all the hype thats surrounding Kinect destroyed.

Besides who cares about the rest of the world :P
