So Red Hulk was General Ross eh?  Man the whole Red Hulk thing was dumb.  It was like a 5 year old trying to make a "cooler" hulk. 

"He's like the hulk... but uh... stronger... and he uses guns!  And he emits heat!  And he's smart! and Guns!

 

I'm pretty sure there is/was a blue hulk.  at least there is a mini one.
