Why? Devil (Jin) has always used them, Alisa can now and a few have extra projectiles in extra in Tekken 6 but all are easily avoidable by side stepping. Which makes them kind of useless and easily punishable if used.

I didn't knew that, the only tekken I've played is the third one.
