Who thinks Rockstar's "Agent" is a cover for GTA5?

its not much really

RS had an exlcusivity agreement of GTA4 on PS3.

RS would have made a loss and so would have sony if it released exclusive as PS3 was making big loss then and exclusivity would have had pushed alot of PS3's resulting in a bigger loss and on RS's side,the sales of PS3 were very low at that time so RS would have sold less copies of GTA4

as RS And with SONY have a very good relation

SONY wouldn't like to damage relation with RS as low sales and SONY making RS LIMIT to a low userbase would have cost RS alot.and on RS's end they really wanted to get high sales and sell to as big as a userbase but at the same time not just betraying SONY which would again damage the relation

so SONY letgo of GTA4 exclusivity and RS had big sales.and RS had an agreemtn with SONY which would profit them in the future and so win-win situation

Thanks for explaining it, and as you stated it's a  "win-win situation". One exclusive from Rockstar is great, but three now that would be epic.
