tldr of course...
I move and lift enough to stay fit, pretty much. Also usually running/swimming/light weights since I prefer the endurance bit over the momentum power, and above that I prefer a slim athletic body over a bulky athletic one.
Bodybuilding to me caters to the latter (and is based more around lifting heavy weights for only a couple of times, then resting for a day etc). The body types table is interesting though, because I've seen people of all types bulk up, and I've always thought especially the ectomorphic body type tends to look ridiculous if turned into bulky muscles (not a fan of extreme muscles on any type though). And I'm closer to ectomorphic that than to the mesomorphic type... well, except for shoulders and arms, I have pretty broad shoulders and from the couple of summers I had to do some actual manual work at our country house, I can tell I gain muscle there quite easily and fast.
