ethical or not, some people pirate and it's a case to case basis.
I for instance, pirate my 360 multiplats ONLY when I've already bought them for my PS3 / PC. I still legally buy PS3 games, and 360 exclusives. Reason is that I also live in a third world country, and I have a Sony importer who sells games almost at the same price of the U.S which is acceptable for me, but the 360 games cost 2-3x more than that (I rarely buy 360 games). It might be wrong, but I think I'm justified in a sense that I've already supported a developer once, and I don't really want to pay for the game again at a higher price, just to play with a different controller (don't use Live either, so I don't take up any of their server space).
