If it's one thing that this Gen and past NBA season taught me. It was this. Never expect everything to go according to plan and patterns. It can honestly go either way and I think it's trollish and premature to say Sony screwed up their system next gen.

Who would be the 2009-2010 Cavaliers, Lakers, and Celtics in this case?

I would say it looks like this for 2010:

Lakers = Nintendo

Celtics = Microsoft

Cavaliers = Sony

Nah.

Lakers= Sony

Celtics=Nintendo

Cavaliers/Miami Heat= Microsoft

Reasons.

Celtics= Most storied and successful franchise in the NBA, with the most rings. (NES,SNES, Wii, GB, GBA, DS)

Lakers= Second most storied franchise in the NBA. Out of the big 3 they have the second most rings in the league (PS1 and PS2)

Microsoft= They haven't made any real success yet with owning a generation, however they have been making moves (Free Agency 2010) to set themselves up for future seasons/Generations

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
