Who thinks Rockstar's "Agent" is a cover for GTA5?

and in first place you are forgetting that GTA4 came to 360 after SONY allowed RS to break the agreement

Well, i never knew about the agreement and in that case it make more sense.  But don't get me wrong, i am a ps3 fan but the idea of GTA 5 be exclusive is to good to be true.
