My Daughter tried it recently when she was in Alton Towers (UK) with her friends. She had nothing but positive praise. My daughter is as casual as they come and even though I told her it would be avaiable at Alton Towers she was not interested. As it is turns out on of the lads with her was interested.

They played the raft game. From her experience she was very impressed that she could just walk up to a game and join. I never really thought much of this myself but she seemed really excited by this and how is recognised you. She thought the game replicated her actions and she did notice delay whilst she was playing or when watching the others.

Another interesting tidbit was the fact she considered £130 cheap and it contains a game which seemed to make up for the price. I am inclined to believe she does as yet realise how much it is but luckily she got her place in Uni this year so she will find out pretty quick.

I have mentioned this before but if you want to try Kinect go to www.kinect.me and choose your country. It lists upcoming events but also shows you other people playing the game in your region. Also if you register correctly (my lot did not they just pitched up) then you will get a guestpass which will allow you to watch your antics back.
