Well we weren't expecting a dodgy looking Ryus head cut and pasted on top of Pauls body.

Picture says Clothing's the same but nothing about the body. Which doesn't surprise me at all since they do in fact wear the same exact clothinig and changing clothing on a character has been in tekken 5 and 6. 

I don't see anything wrong with Ryu... looks exactly like him to me.

In any case, we're talking about a game that we won't even see until 2012 at best. They've already confirmed it'll be released after SFxTekken and SFxTekken was said to likely not make 2011. Appearances likely aren't even close to final.
