Alan Wake, Crackdown, Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Blue Dragon etc are new ips that were created this gen that will never appear on a non microsoft home console.

Also this is the first gen Sony has actually had 1st party games people cared about. During the ps1 and ps2 era the games that got most of the critical acclaim and sales belonged to third parties. So going by that logic most people shouldn't be talking until they see what Microsoft does next gen.

Would u prefer next GTA dlc to be 1 year 360 exclusive (for 50 million), or brand new, fresh IP available only on 360??
And sony had big selling games that people cared about every gen.

LOL no one is talking about dlc yeah Microsoft is stupid if they paid that kind of money for that. I am talking about the exclusive third party games that sony use to have like Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Grand theft auto, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil etc
As I said in another comment sorry I didn't mean to imply that absolutely no one cared about their games. It's just that when compared to their third party exclusives sonys first party titles (excluding gran turismo) was just good filler until you get to the main dish which was their third party exclusive games. Sales seem to indicate this in the majority of the cases as well.
