There will continue to be real Halo titles since it prints so much money. Microsoft has been prepping 343 studios for years to take over the reins so Halo should be fine.
Also Microsoft has plenty left you're being a little overdramatic.
I have my original 60gb PS3 as well as my 360 and I still enjoy my 360 more because at least for me they have the most exclusive/timed exclusives that I like to play.
But you know what the best part is since I own both I get to play Halo Reach in September, Fable 3 in October, and Gran Tursimo 5 in November there is never a slow gaming month for me.
