There is a difference in it's a success for Sony and a success to gamers. Inforcommericals sells a lot of crap that is very profitable. Example "smokeless ashtray" was a huge success profit wise yet it was totally worthless. It didn't tell long for it to end up in the trash.
As a gamer if Move is a good mouse subsitute then it will likely to be a success just as the mouse for the PC.
