The early model of the controllers had really weak B buttons (they didn't give good feedback and you always thought they were going to fall off).
I love my Wavebirds -- I have four stuffed in my Wii. I have two complaints. The first is no feedback -- but that is sometimes overrated and was rarely necessary. The second is that there is no "auto off" feature. Today that is standard on children's toys. That could have saved me some battery money.
