I used the rechargeable battery pack, but I only had it for one controller, so when it died I would need to plug the controller in.

My AA batteries are always used on my daughter's toys.

Quit being so cheap and buy 4 more!  There only 8 bucks :P  :D

I would imagine they would end up in her toys as well.  Its always like that, and who can tell a child no when it comes to their toys working properly? :D

I buy AA batteries all the time in (50) packs.

Currently they are for my Wii controller (Netflix) and my daughter's toys.

I think he meant buy more rechargeables.

My 360 is gone on Tuesday, not to mention that currently AA batteries in bulk for $10 benefit me more than a $15-20 plug and play set.

I'm poor right now. Busy saving money wherever I can.

I was joking earlier thats why i had a :P

But in the long run you will save 10x the amount on a simple set of rechargeable aa batteries.  The charger is $15  but it comes with 4 AA batteries. However you can get a package of 8 rechargeable AA batteries for 8 or 16 dollars and then just use the other charger.  So its not so bad.  If I had to pay for the batteries I use in the 360 gamepad constantly I would be easily 40 bucks down.  I have had them for 3 or 4 years and they still charge just fine.
