Good for hardware sales, bad for software sales.
The one thing that really keeps 360 piracy in check is the possibility of a unified XBL ban if you're caught. Not the case on DS, PSP or wii, and piracy runs rampant on those systems... I dunno enough about PS3's online infrastructure, but can they ban consoles from online access entirely like 360?
