The game really is a joy to play, and quite forgiving compared to its predecessors; I've never seen that many 1-Up mushrooms in a Mario game, let alone that many readily available items that give you a 1-Up at collection intervals of 50. Though I do wonder if Miyamoto had SMG made with left-handed people in mind. Because it really is way easier to do spins with the nunchuk. You don't lose your Star Bit cursor position that way, and it's a lot less disorienting. If so, then lucky me for being a southpaw. ^_^
