This is a very terrible statement. And will only entice a war on here.

The 2 versions are near Identical. There is minor differences, but very minor they are.

I hope Square Enix get away unscathed from this. It's the rest of the world that needs to wake up.

I think he made that response because you pretty much just defended false advertisement by hoping that S-E gets away unscathed, opening up the door for things like this happening again.

I dont agree with false advertisemnet. 

But this is overboard. If the PS3 version was notably better without Digital Foundry, and if the PS3 version had certain content the 360 version didnt which was shown in the advert then yeah I agree. 

But this is really splitting hairs. SE probably did the Japan stuff from PS3 and decided to take footage from the same time to save doing more again. I think it was innocent.
