Why should I dream on? There was a price drop and a slim version introduced. Do you seriously think it will be over 50% YOY at the end of this year? LOL thats what you should dream on about.

even if it doesn't go 50% YOY and just a little increase with GT5 and other games and then a little in Q1 2010
they did 13m last year and they have already done 1m growth in the same in the same time this year compared to last year
so if just sell just as last years then they will reach 13m as last year and 1m that has already been done,so 14m .now they just need to get a bit more to get to 15m which could easily be done.
also if not looking at the VGC and SONY's shipment figure,they they are up 118% YOY and if they just go the same as last year for the rest of this year then they will do 14.3m PS3's.

Problem is that PS3 will not sell same amount HW during holidays as it did last year without new price cut. You just have to wait couple of weeks and PS3 will be down something like 400k in one week yoy (Slim launch week). After that it will be down probably almost every week yoy for rest of the year.

yeah that could be the case but GT5 will really help it stay atleast the same and then in Q1 when PS3 had shortage and hence low sales,there could be higher sales compared to this year.
