True. However, consdiering this is from Canada and you can't charge a minor for having consensual sex with another minor within 2 years of their age... this seems nonconsentual. So basically at least half the posts in this thread are completely disgraceful.

Also if not consensual then the boy certainly deserves the punishment he will get (which will be fairly heavy I imagine) and also to be placed on the sex offenders register. If he starts doing sexual assualts at his age then god knows what he will do when he is older.
