I think most PS3-only owners would have done that already if graphics were the only worry.

The PS3 version will have bonus DLC as well. Sony seems to be getting a lot of exclusive DLC this year.

The bonus content will probably be the Cerberus Network DLC, which is free to people who bought the game first-hand.
