Its been only 1 month and half 360 is selling more than PS3 (around 100 K more per week). That does not explain the big diff. between shipped and sold between the two. Someone was able to know what is the minimum order for both companies? Also, how many stores Sony and Microsoft sells to?

Why not? 360s is propably supply constrained somewhere even today. Don't know about that, but I am pretty sure that there aren't huge stocks of them sitting at warehouse shelves. PS3 had ha huge success with the slim version and that might have resulted in a slight overstocking by some retailers. One million difference between shipped and sold is pretty ordinary (at least I think so) and one million more to that is not stretching it too far.
