It can be a subscription to a gym. People buy "weight loss products" all the time, even when they're not actually trying to lose weight. It would be more helpful if it was more specific, but with how large the size difference is I thought it was a fairly good indicator on how much americans were willing to spend on losing weight (regardless of whether they lose weight or not).
